42DBS at Start-up Night and Bits & Pretzels

The Oktoberfest is also the time of start-ups and innovative companies in Munich.

42DBS was invited to the start-up night of BAYME vbw (Employers’ Association of the Bavarian Metal and Electrical Industry). In front of a jury of finance and economics experts, our business developer Anselm Appel was able to pitch our ShakeSpeare software. As a reward, 42DBS was awarded a prize: new offices for our company in Munich’s Blütenstraße.

We were also present again at Bits & Pretzels and our Managing Director Jan Baksa did not miss the opportunity to talk with other digitization enthusiasts. We had some engaging and insightful conferences and we are looking forward to participate again next year.

Legal Tech in Large law firms at Hogan Lovells Munich, Germany

Yesterday we were invited by Munich Legal Tech Student Association e.V. to Hogan Lovells offices in Munich to an event “Legal Tech in Großkanzleien” (Legal Tech in Large law firms) where partners from Hogan Lovells presented to IT and Law students and other interested parties the various legal-tech solutions that they use in their daily operations. The emphasis was on Digital Datarooms and Document Review technologies.

It was very good to see that young to-be lawyers are interested in legal-tech.The exchange between young, motivated and in legal-tech interested individuals is very relevant for us, as the lawyers of the future are the first generation that will practice their profession exclusivelly with the help of Legal Tech Solutions.
